Such an amazing initiative to make the shopping experience more personal and giving users choice to what makes them feel most comfortable. Often users may feel rushed or pushed out a shop if they feel overwhelmed, this simple technique ensures users want to stay in the shop and i believe will make them more likely to buy something.
This links to my project, when designing a service design its all about thinking of the psychology behind the users. You want to give users choice and make them not feel forced or pressured but find a mechanism which makes them make the choice you want them to make.- That is what makes amazing design and solutions which are used and work!
